Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new shoes, so if you're not perfectly satisfied, we offer 14-day returns on all full-priced items. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original Tony Bianco box and secure them inside a protective shipping satchel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any authorized post office location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
